Research and sources

Research notes distinguish search results from pages that were actually retrieved. Sources used by an article are retained on that exact revision and shown once at the end of the public article.

AI assistance

AI may assist with research organization, drafting, editing, or illustration preparation. Its usage and calculated service costs are recorded privately. AI output is not an approval and cannot publish itself.

Illustrations

Images keep provenance, rights information, alternative text, captions, and credits where applicable. A person must confirm the stated usage rights before the revision can be approved.

Human review and corrections

The project owner reviews a precise revision. Changing its text, SEO fields, sources, category, or media requires a new approval. A published revision is immutable; corrections are prepared as a new draft while the existing version remains available.
