Public reading and infrastructure
PatioMint does not serve ads or load an advertising script. It publishes an AdSense ownership-verification meta tag and an ads.txt seller record, but no ad placement, Auto ads configuration, or advertising cookie is active. The site does not configure a newsletter or its own behavioral analytics integration. No Cloudflare Web Analytics or Browser Insights beacon was observed on the deployed pages checked for launch. Public traffic still passes through Cloudflare, so the absence of that browser beacon does not stop Cloudflare from processing proxied network requests.
Technical access and error logs on the dedicated server are kept for 14 days once the prepared server rotation is deployed. This limit applies to operational logs, not to editorial history or AI usage records.
Contact messages
The contact form stores the name, email address, subject, message, submission time, and a one-way pseudonymous network fingerprint in PostgreSQL. The fingerprint is used only to limit abusive repeat submissions. Messages are reviewed in the private administration; no email delivery service is configured. A person must explicitly close a request. A closed form message is deleted after 90 days; reopening it cancels that retention clock. PatioMint email conversations follow the same 90-day period after explicit closure through a separate manual process.
Current backups rotate after 30 days once the prepared mechanism is deployed. Deleted contact data can remain in a backup until that backup expires. Historical migration or deployment backups are kept separately and are not deleted automatically; a protected, identifier-only purge record is used to prevent an older restore from reintroducing previously deleted form messages for continued use.
Editorial accounts
Private editorial access uses Django session and CSRF cookies. They support authentication and are not advertising cookies.
Records that are preserved
Articles, revisions, sources, media, rights confirmations, approvals, publications, and AI usage history are editorial and accountability records. The contact-message purge does not delete them. The retention mechanisms described above are prepared for the next release and must be deployed and verified before their stated schedules are operational.
